Job Description

Sales Strategy and Planning:

 

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  2. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  3. Create a comprehensive sales plan for the assigned area.

 

Customer Relationship Management:

 

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  2. Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs and gather feedback.

 

Market Expansion:

 

  1. Identify and explore opportunities for market expansion within the assigned area.
  2. Work closely with marketing teams to implement promotional activities and campaigns.
  3. Explore new channels and partnerships to increase brand visibility.

 

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

 

  1. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for the management team.

 

Product Knowledge:

 

  1. Stay updated on the features, specifications, and benefits of FABER products.

 

Compliance and Documentation:

 

  1. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  2. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
  3. Submit timely and accurate reports to the regional sales manager.

 

 

 

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven 2 years' experience in sales and team leadership, preferably in the home appliances or consumer electronics industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the FABER brand and its product line is a plus.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned geographical area
