Job Description
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Create a comprehensive sales plan for the assigned area.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs and gather feedback.
Market Expansion:
- Identify and explore opportunities for market expansion within the assigned area.
- Work closely with marketing teams to implement promotional activities and campaigns.
- Explore new channels and partnerships to increase brand visibility.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for the management team.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the features, specifications, and benefits of FABER products.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Submit timely and accurate reports to the regional sales manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven 2 years' experience in sales and team leadership, preferably in the home appliances or consumer electronics industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the FABER brand and its product line is a plus.
- Ability to travel within the assigned geographical area
