Job Description

• Promote and sell the products to pharmacies, hospitals, pediatricians, and retailers.
• Appointing new dealers, ensuring the availability of goods in the market,and collecting relevant datato support business operations.
• Conduct product presentations and provide educational resources to healthcare professionals and customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring consistent business growth.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

• Support marketing efforts by assisting in the implementation of promotional campaigns and events.
• Provide feedback on promotional materials to ensure they are aligned with customer needs and market trends.

• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer activity, and market trends.
• Ensure all documentation and contracts are completed accurately and submitted on time.
   

Job Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor Degree or Intermediate completed in Business, Marketing or rleated field.
• 2+ years of working experience in sales, preferably in thehealthcare, nutrition or FMCG sector.
• Must have a valid license with own two-wheeler.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of the infant nutrition market is a plus.
