Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and prospect new customers, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals, to expand the company's customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals to showcase the features and benefits of our medical equipment products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and initiatives to support sales efforts.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and analysis on a regular basis to management, highlighting sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network with key stakeholders and promote the company's products and services.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor/ Master  degree ( preferably in Science, Biotechnology) 
  • Proven track record of at least 2-3 years of sales experience in the medical equipment industry or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of medical equipment products and understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
