- A creative person who will develop and set the revenue sales strategies for the property to ensure plans are implemented, results are monitored and goals are achieved
- Source and interact with our clients and partners to promote and sell hotel rooms, experiences, and food and beverage through direct client contacts
- This is a sales role where the team member will focus on building and managing new, existing, and prospective partners considering goals outlined in their sales strategy, and negotiating an optimum rate for the benefit of the business and their career growth.
- Create compelling sales presentations and proposals to meet our client's needs and requirements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years experience within a Hospitality Sales and Marketing environment ideally from a unique property or a similar position.
- Strong Public Relations skills and Corporate Sales background is a bonus.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Ability to lead a sales team.
