Job Description

  • Develop and implement Sales and marketing strategies for the assigned region (Retail and enterprises)
  • Understand competitive landscape of the region and develop right pricing and product to make sure growth and market share objectives are achieved,
  • Collaborate, coordinate and train diverse teams of sales and customer service and make them highly efficient.
  • Track, measure and analyze commercial metrics using KPIs so as to ensure regional KPI are all achieved.
  • Review existing products, services and markets to make sure existing customers are retained.
  • Assessing the risks to the business and device strategy to convert risks to opportunities.
  • Collating and analyzing business data pertaining to all sales and marketing activities

Job Requirements

  • Completion Bachelor’s Degree or Masters running than 3-5 years of experience in Sales/ Marketing or managing relationships with key client.
  • Highly efficient track record in achieving annual objectives.
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and budgeting processes
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of market analysis and metrics
  • Hands on experience in creating reporting and managing budgets.
  • At least graduation in any discipline.
