Job Description

  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas where employees require skill development.
  • Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to design training programs that align with organizational goals.
  • Develop and deliver training programs using a variety of methods, such as instructor-led training, e-learning modules, workshops, and mentoring programs.
  • Source and manage vendors for training materials and delivery.
  • Implement learning management systems (LMS) to track employee progress and training completion.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest learning and development trends and best practices.
  • May also manage L&D budgets and supervise other L&D professionals (for L&D Manager).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree can apply.
  • 6-7 years of experience in the same field.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS).
  • Experience with e-learning development tools.
