Job Description
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas where employees require skill development.
- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to design training programs that align with organizational goals.
- Develop and deliver training programs using a variety of methods, such as instructor-led training, e-learning modules, workshops, and mentoring programs.
- Source and manage vendors for training materials and delivery.
- Implement learning management systems (LMS) to track employee progress and training completion.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest learning and development trends and best practices.
- May also manage L&D budgets and supervise other L&D professionals (for L&D Manager).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree can apply.
- 6-7 years of experience in the same field.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS).
- Experience with e-learning development tools.
