Job Description

  • Lead the HR function for a specific business unit.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management.
  • Drive a positive organizational culture.

Job Requirements

  • Must have 3-4 years in HR industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree Graduates preferred.
  • Experience in Recruitment and Selection process.
  • Should have knowledge of Payroll and taxes, SSF.
  •  Experince in Corporate/Group Organization (no experience of Media/ branch unit)
  • Strong in Leadership and command aspect.
  • Stay informed about labor laws and regulations.
