Job Description

Personnel Administration

  1. To take relevant Actions and steps for the employees as corrective and preventive measure to control misconducts and miscreants
  2. To maintain that day-to-day functioning system and work structures are ongoing smoothly in all the divisions of Siddhi Laxmi factory.
  3. To issue relevant work orders (Work Notes) on behalf of company and/or local management about the various contemporary decisions, positions and environment issues.

GR/IR/PR

  1. To manage / optimize the manpower Outsourcing of different functionalities and persons as per management requirement
  2. To work as a company representative for Relation/Rapport Building with stakeholders
  3. To stay in line and work for all sorts State & Line Agency affiliation and related issues
  4. To conduct Negotiations, Dealing and representation on behalf of company/management
  5. To work as pivotal authority in Conflict Management (Worker’s/ general employee’s) and Complaint Handling
  6. To mediate/arbitrate amongst/between Companies and Departments as required
  7. To lead the tasks of Event Management- Eves, Sports, Welcome/Farewell, Felicitation and Parties/picnics

Estate and Property Management

  1. To coordinate for Civil Construction, Housekeeping, Carpentry, electricity, plumbing and other various units/entities for effective functioning
  2. To conduct Day to day Invigilation of working stations and premises
  3. To deliver coordinative efforts for effective Guest Relation/Hospitality
  4. To be vigilant in cleanse-up, landscaping, sanitation and office upkeeps

Labor Office (Time Office)

  1. To function the Time Office proficiently through developing an effective system.
  2. To report frequently about the trend of absence, Overtime, Internal Reconciliation etc.
  3. To design effective communication to department heads, A/C and HRD Dept. for effective workforce management.

Front Office (Reception/Customer Care Unit)

  1. To assure that communication network and channels are effectively performing
  2. To maintain regular and effective correspondence within and outside
  3. To be aware and get enrolled in guest relations and guest handling

Security

  1. Get briefed about Day to day Security System arrangements through Security Manager
  2. Plan for security arrangements for preventive, corrective or primitive safety of important office and officials
  3. Arrange proper security measures for systemization of incoming and outgoing materials, including inputs, products, byproducts and other relevant items.

Weighing Bridge

  1. To function the unit effectively to control fraudulent activities, misconducts and miscreants.

Office Transportation/Conveyance

  1. To ensure that the office bearers and their relevant associates are provided with the office vehicles as per requirement
  2.  To systematize the conveyance for top management, senior officials and general staffs for functional requirement
  3. To arrange appropriate transportation for all office supplies, inputs and products in a cost-effective and proper way
  4. Manage for all sorts of legal & other relevant documentations, processes and authentications from line agencies

Administrative Management: Office and Office Supply

  1. To ensure that all office bearers are provided with appropriate office supplies, including (but not limited to) stationeries, communication medias, furniture & fixtures, electronics and networking.
  2. To ensure that all the staffs are provided with appropriate office rooms and workspaces or quality workstations.

Administrative Management: Utilities

  1. To ensure that telecommunications, networking, electricity and other relevant utilities are paid for timely.
  2. To maintain that safe drinking water supply and sanitation is assured and paid for in time.

People Management

  1. Supervise and manage financial department staff
  2. Motivate and lead finance team members by clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback
  3. Ensure super-user knowledge of all modules and ability to train and coach all other staff in region
  4. Identify gaps in skill requirement for present & anticipated needs. Prepare & arrange training programs & request superiors to conduct the programs

Canteen Management

  1. Coordinate the daily operation of the canteen and oversee the preparation of food.
  2. Identify stock requirements and place orders with appropriate vendors on a regular basis.
  3. Participate in regular stocktake, recording and reporting processes.

Others: As assigned by the central and local management. The Admin Manager shall be a lead performer for all functions.

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor level in any field
  • At least 5-7 years of work experience in Admin or a related field preferred to Nepal Police (retired senior officer)
  • Aware of current political scenario and working procedures of Central, Province, and local level   
  • Very good public relations, negotiation, and counseling skills especially during the crisis period.
  •  Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervisor with tactful handling the problems and professionalism.
  • Familiar with office packages (MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint point
