Project Manager

Job Description

• Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders, including community members, government agencies, and other NGOs to achieve project goals. 
• Expertise on project management, forestry and environmental knowledge, fundraising and grants management.      
• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate internal teams and external resources for flawless execution.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze success and improvement areas.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on environmental, conservation,  or forestry-related projects in a managerial or senior level role. 
• Experience in non-profit organizations is a plus. 
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Should have a master’s level degree on the related field. (Running can be taken for consideration) 
• Experience in developing project proposals, managing budgets and ensuring project compliance with  donor requirements and organizational policies.
