Job Description
- Maintain accurate inventory records of electronics and IT products
- Monitor stock movement, inward and outward entries, and stock balances
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliation
- Prepare inventory reports and stock status updates
- Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch
- Use inventory software, Excel, POS, or ERP systems for data management
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies or shortages
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of inventory items
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory management
- Experience in electronics, IT, or retail inventory is highly preferred
- Basic knowledge of PC components and electronic products
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with inventory software, POS, or ERP systems
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and team-focused attitude
