Job Description

  • To manage overall Payroll Operations
  • Responsible for ensuring adherence to Statutory and Legal Compliance
  • Responsible for handling labour related litigations
  • Responsible for effective Leave Management System
  • Responsible for Handling Employee Exit Process
  • Responsible for update in Policies and Procedures
  • Must have effective redressal skill of employee grievance
  • Maintain employee records and databases accurately, including personnel files, attendance records, and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data for the food industry workforce)

Job Requirements

  • Master's Degree Graduates in HR Management
  • Must have 5-7 years of experience in FMCG Company
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Familiarity with HR software and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
