Job Description
- To manage overall Payroll Operations
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to Statutory and Legal Compliance
- Responsible for handling labour related litigations
- Responsible for effective Leave Management System
- Responsible for Handling Employee Exit Process
- Responsible for update in Policies and Procedures
- Must have effective redressal skill of employee grievance
- Maintain employee records and databases accurately, including personnel files, attendance records, and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data for the food industry workforce)
Job Requirements
- Master's Degree Graduates in HR Management
- Must have 5-7 years of experience in FMCG Company
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Familiarity with HR software and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
