Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Develop and implement employee retention strategies to reduce turnover rates
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, compensation, and benefits.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and conducting investigations as necessary.
  • Oversee the HR department budget and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management.
     

Job Requirements

  • Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • HR certification preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
  • Should have their own vehicle.
