Job Description

Assist in planning and coordinating staff training and development programs.

Communicate with trainers, trainees, and department managers to schedule and organize training sessions.

Maintain training records and ensure proper documentation.

Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks.

Coordinate employee-related activities and maintain HR databases.

Assist in recruitment processes when required.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree running or completed.

Experience: 0–6 months (Freshers are encouraged to apply).

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Good communication and coordination skills.
-
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
