Job Description

  • Assist in planning and coordinating staff training and development programs.

  • Communicate with trainers, trainees, and department managers to schedule and organize training sessions.

  • Maintain training records and ensure proper documentation.

  • Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks.

  • Coordinate employee-related activities and maintain HR databases.

  • Assist in recruitment processes when required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree running or completed.

  • Experience: 0–6 months (Freshers are encouraged to apply).

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
