Job Description
- Assist in Recruitment and Selection procedure and maintain pool of candidates
- Maintain employees database
- Ensure that all employees are enrolled in the benefit packages offered by the company and explain the benefits to the employees
- Conduct Onboarding formalities like employees orientation, appointment documentations etc.
- Organize various employee engagement programs
- Attendance and Leaves management and submit periodic report to concerned authorities
- Assist to administer payroll
- Make sure the performance appraisals are carried out as per the HR calendar
- Ensure workplace safety in the factory and support in safety trainings
- Handle employees grievances
- Respond to HR related queries within the company
- Coordinate with respective Line Managers for training need assessment
- Facilitate Exit formalities
- Coordinate with HR team in Corporate Office for any HR issues and events
Job Requirements
- Candidates must have completed BBA or BBS
- At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience preferably in factories
- Knowledge of Labor law and practices
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Hands on experience of MS office package (Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Excellent command of the English,Nepali and Hindi language.
