Job Description
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting with the setup of employee records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and personnel files, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, and update relevant HR databases and systems accordingly.
- Assist with payroll administration tasks, including timesheet verification, leave tracking, and processing payroll adjustments.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, and escalate complex issues to the HR Manager as needed.
- Coordinate employee training and development activities, including scheduling training sessions, tracking employee training completion, and maintaining training records.
- Assist with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives, and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and organizing HR-related events or meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in human resources.
- Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
- Knowledge of employment legislation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Protecting the interests of all employees.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
