Job Description

  1. Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
  2. Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting with the setup of employee records.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and personnel files, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  4. Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, and update relevant HR databases and systems accordingly.
  5. Assist with payroll administration tasks, including timesheet verification, leave tracking, and processing payroll adjustments.
  6. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, and escalate complex issues to the HR Manager as needed.
  7. Coordinate employee training and development activities, including scheduling training sessions, tracking employee training completion, and maintaining training records.
  8. Assist with the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives, and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  9. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and organizing HR-related events or meetings.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to support HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in human resources.
  • Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Protecting the interests of all employees.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
