Job Description
- Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.
- Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and termination processes.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with management to support organizational goals and objectives.
Job Requirements
- Master's's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-6 years+ proven experience with a focus on strategic HR planning.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manange HR teams.
