Job Description
- Recruitment and Selection: Manage job postings, interviews, and hiring processes.
- Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, conflicts, and grievances; promote a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance reviews and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer programs and ensure fairness and competitiveness.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- HR Policy Development: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- HR Reporting: Prepare HR reports and metrics for management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of HR experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
