Assist in payroll coordination and HR reporting

Provide guidance on disciplinary and grievance procedures
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field

3–4 years of experience in the HR field
-
In-depth knowledge of HR principles and legal regulations

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
