Job Description

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Implement and monitor cost control measures to optimize profitability.
Manage cash flow, financial reporting, and internal controls.
Collaborate with department heads on financial strategies and revenue management.
Lead and mentor the finance team for operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory
Qualification: 7 years+ experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Knowledge of hospitality specific financial processes, revenue management, and cost control.
Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and MS Office suite.
