Job Description
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and payroll processing.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasting.
- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience: 5+ years of accounting experience (preferably in FMCG or a multinational company)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
