Finance Controller

Job Description

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement financial policies and risk management strategies.
• Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial performance.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Optimize cost control measures and improve financial efficiency.
• Lead and support the finance team in day-to-day operations.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CA, ACCA) is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in financial management, accounting, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and risk management.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
