Job Description

Assist in managing daily financial operations including billing, payments, and record keeping.

Prepare and maintain financial reports and documentation as required.

Handle administrative tasks such as office management, correspondence, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with company financial policies and government regulations.

Support the finance team in preparing tax and VAT-related documents.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for administrative and financial matters.

Manage petty cash, office expenses, and ensure accurate accounting entries.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree running or completed in Management, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.

Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Understanding of TAX and VAT procedures.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
-
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
