Drafting Engineer

Job Description

 Develop detailed designs, technical drawings, and documentation for projects.

• Create and modify CAD models and drawings as required.

• Review and interpret technical specifications, schematics, and engineering drawings.

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure designs meet requirements and specifications.

Create and maintain documentation for designs, including bills of materials, assembly instructions, and technical reports.

Creating specification sheet & BOQ as required for the project.

• Perform quality control checks on designs to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Resolve design issues and problems in a timely manner.

• Stay up to date with the latest CAD software and other drafting tools and technologies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or related field..

• Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor.

• Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and schematics.

• Knowledge of engineering principles and practices.

• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with professionals from various disciplines.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
