Job Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong professional relationships.

  • Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

  • Assist in implementing CRM systems and ensure data accuracy.

  • Support sales and marketing teams in managing client accounts and follow-ups.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales coordination (preferred).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools/software.

  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability.
