Basic Information
Job Description
-
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong professional relationships.

Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.

Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Assist in implementing CRM systems and ensure data accuracy.

Support sales and marketing teams in managing client accounts and follow-ups.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales coordination (preferred).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools/software.
-
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
-
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
-
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability.
