Job Description

?Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business objectives.
?Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
?Oversee talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits.
?Coordinate between staff and management to resolve conflicts that arise in the workplace.
?Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision.
?Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.
?Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function.
?Lead the employee relations department by overseeing staff benefits administration, labor relations activities, and other related duties.
 

Job Requirements

?MBA or MA/MS in Human Resources or related field preferred.
?A minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a company or enterprise.
?Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
?Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
?Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
?Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
?Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
?Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software/application.
