Job Description
- Creating and issuing invoices to customers.
- Processing credit memos.
- Preparing account statements for customers.
- Following up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries.
- Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports.
- Managing account balances and resolving inconsistencies.
- Assisting the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports.
- Updating accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information.
Job Requirements
- Managing administrative processes.
- Comfortable with figures.
- Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written.
- Must have a thorough command of IT applications (MS Office).
- Good knowledge in excel.
- Candidate must have a sense for responsibility.
- Punctual and accurate in your work
- Work independently as well.
- Candidate must have Bachelor's degree with atleast 1-2 years of experience in relevant field.
