Job Description

  • Creating and issuing invoices to customers.
  • Processing credit memos.
  • Preparing account statements for customers.
  • Following up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries.
  • Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports.
  • Managing account balances and resolving inconsistencies.
  • Assisting the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports.
  • Updating accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information.

Job Requirements

  • Managing administrative processes.
  • Comfortable with figures.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written.
  • Must have a thorough command of IT applications (MS Office).
  • Good knowledge in excel.
  • Candidate must have a sense for responsibility.
  • Punctual and accurate in your work
  • Work independently as well.
  • Candidate must have Bachelor's degree with atleast 1-2 years of experience in relevant field.
