Job Description

  • Follow the recruitment process as per the SOP. 
  • Recruitment and selection as per the requirements. 
  • Training needs assessment. 
  • Developing the training materials as required. 
  • Review of post-training impact/results. 
  • Evaluation of the effectiveness of the training program. 
  • HR online survey and data analysis. 
  • Grievance handling of a team. 
  • Performance appraisal implementation. 
  • Suggest HR head on policy and strategy development part. 
  • Onboarding new team members and following the training module for a new joiner. 
  • Joining formalities of newly joined staff/employees. 
  • Appointment letter, Job description & KPI preparation, and issue to employees. 
  • Probation period evaluation and preparing the letter of successful completion of the employees. 
  • Conduct exit interviews in written form and prepare analytics. 
  • Help HR Head in developing career planning and succession planning of all the 
  • individual team members and check its effectiveness. 
  • Monitoring attendance and leave and counseling associates. 
  • Need to coordinate with HR Software service provider for technical issues and 
  • support.  
  • The additional work is to be performed in the absence of other HR team 
  • members. 
  • The remaining task will be assigned by the Supervisor as per need.

Job Requirements

  • MBA/MBS completed can apply..
  • Must have 4-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Exposure to payroll practices.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately follow instruction
