Support Sales Team: Assist the sales manager in coordinating sales activities, including setting sales goals, creating sales plans, and monitoring performance metrics.

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the sales team, including training, coaching, and motivation to enhance their performance.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay informed about industry trends.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, including sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and market trends, to present to management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Atleast 2 years of experience in project sales in Steel/Cement/Paint industry/ Construction sector
- Bachelor degree in relevant field.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
