Job Description

  • Serves as a contact point for account management on various ecommerce platforms
  • Manage brand presence (listing & availability) on existing & new e-commerce platforms to maximize exposure, sales & profits
  • Manage content on e-com platforms. This includes Brand information, Product information & creative assets
  • Analyze & plan the assortment/planogram for sale on e-com platforms
  • Implement & utilize analytics to track sales trends & identify opportunities for growth
  • Competitor Analysis: Track competition on timely basis, ensure our product visibility
  • Conceptualize & manage online marketing campaigns to build brand loyality, engage customers & increase sales
  • Drive digital marketing strategies integrated with offline marketing activities to deliver commercial impact that meets KPIs (traffic, conversion, site experience, etc.)
  • P&L responsibility & need to monitor online spend & campaign effectiveness
  • Create & maintain an online e-business plan: e-promotional calendar, product exclusivities, and cross-selling mechanisms

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Diploma or degree in digital/marketing or related field will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience needed for this position (prior experience in Sales in Retail/FMCG companies preferred)
  • Prior experience in managing online stores on various platform will be a plus
  • Digital survey & familiar with various online marketing sites & tools
  • Using Spreadsheets or Excel (pivot tables, VlookUp, etc.)
  • Proven analytical skills & ability to manage the business using data
  • Attention to detail & capability to work on multiple projects in parallel
  • A team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English & local language (verbal & written) is a must
