Job Description
- Serves as a contact point for account management on various ecommerce platforms
- Manage brand presence (listing & availability) on existing & new e-commerce platforms to maximize exposure, sales & profits
- Manage content on e-com platforms. This includes Brand information, Product information & creative assets
- Analyze & plan the assortment/planogram for sale on e-com platforms
- Implement & utilize analytics to track sales trends & identify opportunities for growth
- Competitor Analysis: Track competition on timely basis, ensure our product visibility
- Conceptualize & manage online marketing campaigns to build brand loyality, engage customers & increase sales
- Drive digital marketing strategies integrated with offline marketing activities to deliver commercial impact that meets KPIs (traffic, conversion, site experience, etc.)
- P&L responsibility & need to monitor online spend & campaign effectiveness
- Create & maintain an online e-business plan: e-promotional calendar, product exclusivities, and cross-selling mechanisms
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Diploma or degree in digital/marketing or related field will be an added advantage
- Minimum 3 years’ experience needed for this position (prior experience in Sales in Retail/FMCG companies preferred)
- Prior experience in managing online stores on various platform will be a plus
- Digital survey & familiar with various online marketing sites & tools
- Using Spreadsheets or Excel (pivot tables, VlookUp, etc.)
- Proven analytical skills & ability to manage the business using data
- Attention to detail & capability to work on multiple projects in parallel
- A team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English & local language (verbal & written) is a must
