Accountant

Job Description

• Manage and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Prepare tax returns and assist with audits.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor financial transactions and advise management on cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices and proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Must have  2 Years experience as Accountant
• Financial Record-Keeping:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
•  Process accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconciliation and Reporting:
•  Prepare bank reconciliations and assist in reconciling general ledger accounts.
• Expense Management:
•  Monitor and record company expenses.
• TDS calculation 
• Familiar with Tally software
  • Verify and process expense reports.
