Job Description
- Manage and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Prepare tax returns and assist with audits.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor financial transactions and advise management on cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices and proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Must have 2 Years experience as Accountant
- Financial Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconciliation and Reporting:
- Prepare bank reconciliations and assist in reconciling general ledger accounts.
- Expense Management:
- Monitor and record company expenses.
- TDS calculation
- Familiar with Tally software
• Verify and process expense reports.
