Job Description
- Go for site visit as per the defined schedule.
- Provide update on requirement of used spare parts during site visit
- Correspondence with team upon any confusion while repairing
- Make sure all the necessary tools are carried while going for installation or complaint.
- After installation, product briefing and demonstration to be done.
- Swiftly respond to customers call regarding issues
- Job sheet provided by the company should be compulsory filled out.
- Provide information to concerned department head if customer directly calls for complaint as it needs to be registered and scheduled.
- Daily update regarding completion of work should be given to concerned department head.
- Monitoring the services being provided and staying up to date on any services being introduced or discontinued.
- Evaluating the quality of all services and identifying areas that need improvements.
Job Requirements
- TSLC/Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
- 1 year of experience in Passenger Vehicle.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
