Job Description
- Manage daily station operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate parcel receiving, sorting, and dispatch activities.
- Maintain accurate records and update operational data in the system.
- Assist customers and delivery personnel with station-related inquiries.
- Monitor inventory and report operational issues to supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Job Requirements
- Minimum qualification: +2 Completed (Bachelor's Running can also apply).
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Prior experience in operations or logistics is an advantage but not mandatory.
