Job Description
- Manage, monitor, and control spare parts inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for ordering, procurement, and pricing negotiations.
- Oversee the storage, handling, and distribution of parts to service departments.
- Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, including stock usage and replenishment schedules.
- Prepare and present regular reports on inventory status, parts usage, and procurement needs.
- Support the technical and service teams with timely delivery of required spare parts.
- Implement cost-effective practices for spare parts management and procurement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in spare parts management (preferably in EV or automotive sectors).
- Strong knowledge of spare parts operations, procurement, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with service teams and external suppliers.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
