Spare parts officer

Job Description

• Manage, monitor, and control spare parts inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for ordering, procurement, and pricing negotiations.
• Oversee the storage, handling, and distribution of parts to service departments.
• Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, including stock usage and replenishment schedules.
• Prepare and present regular reports on inventory status, parts usage, and procurement needs.
• Support the technical and service teams with timely delivery of required spare parts.
• Implement cost-effective practices for spare parts management and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in spare parts management (preferably in EV or automotive sectors).
• Strong knowledge of spare parts operations, procurement, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with service teams and external suppliers.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
