-Define & execute the company's technology roadmap in alignment with business goals.
-Evaluate & implement emerging technologies (AI,cloud computing)to drive innovation in fintech solutions.
-Ensure the scalability,security,reliability of technology infrastructure.
-Collaborate with company leadership to align technology with business strategy.

-Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of fintech products,ensuring timely & quality delivery.
-Work closely with Product,Business teams to create customer-centric solutions.
-Optimize architecture for performance,security &regulatory compliance.

-Ensure adherence to industry regulations.
-Develop and enforce cyber security best practices to protect customer data.
-Conduct regular security audits,vulnerability assessments,risk mitigation plans.

-Oversee and maintain core fintech systems,including banking and financial applications of the company.
-Manage & optimize server infrastructure,cloud services,software licensing & data centers.
-Ensure high availability,scalability & reliability of IT operations.
-Ensure robust disaster recovery & business continuity planning.
-All other ad-hoc duties related to technology based on business requirement.
 

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as Tech Lead in a fintech company or established financial institution
• Lead R&D teams for automotive innovation. 
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering,or a related field.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges. 
• Experience in financial software,ERP systems & IT compliance frameworks.
• Expertise in network security,firewall management & endpoint protection.
• Ability to align tech strategies with business goals &ensure digital resilience.
• Strong understanding of payment gateways,digital wallets,lending platforms 
• Strong decision-making & problem solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management,communication,negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of AI/ML applications in fintech is a plus.
