Spare Parts Executive

Job Description

• Planning and controlling parts and special.
• Assist and coordinate with parts team.
• Greeting customers and identify customer needs.
• Providing customers with information about parts and specials.
• Identify the right parts for customers and technicians.
• Providing accurate price quotation and others parts - related information.
• In case of non-availability of an item ensure the input of loss of sales in Auto - IT software.
• Check paperwork, ensure the invoice has been issued.
• Billing (tax invoice) via tally software. 
• Preparing quotation of spare parts. 
• Maintaining quotation tracker. 
• Monitoring stock availability. 

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors degree can apply. 
• Total 1-2 years' experience in related field.
• Strong knowledge in Automobile both commercial vehicles and Passenger cars spare parts
• Strong Interpersonal Skill.
• Good communication, presentation and computing skills.
• Good command of English is a must.
• Self-motivating and ambition.
• The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
