Showroom In-charge

Job Description

• Oversee daily operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth functioning.
• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve targets.
• Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product displays.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure a high level of service.
• Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely stock delivery.
• Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management.
• Ensure the showroom is well-maintained and adheres to company standards.

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in retail or showroom management, preferably in the automotive or EV industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in inventory management and billing software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
•  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
