- To implement the defined objectives of the organization in terms of Tractors Sales & Product Support for the defined period in the state
- Organize sales activities, motivate the dealer / salesman through training / introduction of incentive schemes & ensure reduced outstanding & better collections from the dealer
- Liaison with banks & financial institutions for supporting dealers / customers
- Take up dealer/sales promotion activities
- At least 4 years of related experience, Tractor/Heavy Equipment Industry is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of finance, marketing, sales, operations management and inventory control.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline.
