Job Description

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback via multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products or services.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and product updates to effectively assist customers and provide relevant information.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Uphold company values and maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven 2-3 years of experience in a customer service 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
