Job Description
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate land acquisition opportunities.
- Conduct due diligence, legal verification, and risk assessment.
- Build relationships with landowners, brokers, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and documentation processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams for project feasibility and approvals.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, law, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in land acquisition within a real estate company.
- Strong negotiation, legal, and market analysis skills.
- Strong knowledge of land laws, property registration, and government regulations in Nepal.
- Ability to conduct market research and land valuation.
