Job Description

  • Record daily financial transactions and update the ledger.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor accounts payable/receivable.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
  • Maintain organized financial documentation and filing systems.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports for management review.
  • Handle basic financial queries from internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree graduate 
  • Experience: minimum 2 years of experience in accounting roles. 
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office applications (especially Excel).
  • Strong knowledge of VAT, Taxation laws, and LC processes.
