Job Description
- Record daily financial transactions and update the ledger.
- Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor accounts payable/receivable.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Maintain organized financial documentation and filing systems.
- Assist in preparing financial reports for management review.
- Handle basic financial queries from internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree graduate
- Experience: minimum 2 years of experience in accounting roles.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office applications (especially Excel).
- Strong knowledge of VAT, Taxation laws, and LC processes.
