Basic Information
Job Description
- Visit clients/customers to collect payments as per the schedule.
- Ensure accurate documentation and receipts for all cash collections.
- Deposit collected cash to the designated accounts or office.
- Maintain and update payment collection records regularly.
- Resolve payment-related queries and escalate issues when necessary.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Familiar with basic computer operations and proficiency in
- Minimum 6 month experience in related field Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or record-keeping.
- Honest, punctual, and detail-orientedusing dispatching
