Job Description
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Employee Engagement and Satisfaction: Spearheaded initiatives to optimize employee performance, satisfaction, and retention.
- Functional Oversight: Direct and oversee key HR functions, including Payroll, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Training.
- Grievance Resolution: Establish transparent processes for effective grievance resolution and conflict management.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure meticulous adherence to local labor laws and regulations, consistently updating policies.
- Performance Management: Implement and refine performance appraisal systems, guiding managers.
- Departmental Leadership: Lead and inspire the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to the Management team, offering valuable insights and recommendations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in HR processes and practices.
- Organizational Growth: Contribute significantly to the overall success and growth of the organization through effective HR leadership
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- 4 to 5 years of successful HR leadership roles
- Proven track record of successful HR leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing or a comparable industry.
- Thorough understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
