Job Description
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable and cost-effective suppliers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency
- Ensure procurement activities meet quality standards in coordination with the Quality team
- Align purchasing plans with inventory levels and production schedules
- Monitor market trends, pricing benchmarks, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinate with suppliers, banks, and customs agents for smooth procurement processes
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and maintain proper documentation
- Maintain discipline, compliance, and operational efficiency within the department
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, with a leadership role
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and strategic sourcing skills
- Good knowledge of import procedures, customs clearance, and documentation
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
