Field Representative - Diesel & Service

Job Description

• Identifying new Independent Unit Workshops (Diesel) and nurturing existing ones
• To have a close monitoring on workshops bringing Fuel Pump Service Jobs to BDS regulary
• Focus on important potential markets like Chitwan, Pokhra, Butwal, Dang, Birganj and Tarai belt especially
• Weekly update on Diesel workshops' purchases, wherever it is from Satyadip or through dedicated stockists
• Coordination with Selected Diesel Stockists in regard to regular billing from Distributor, creating awareness in new generation parts
• To be assigned a monthly target for areas responsible, that has to be met regularly
• Provide periodical projection against Inventory vs Gap in market requirements
• Technical support to Bosch Diesel Service units from time to time in regard decisions related to Service queries (time to time training and Knowledge sharing would be done by the company itself
• To gradually take over the role of a Technical support System in order to have a one stop solution in Nepal - Bosch Diesel Service support, training and guidances, trouble shooting etc.
• Be a part of regular activities with manufacturers, like participation in Service Camps, creating customer awareness on Bosch Service quality and utilisation of genuine parts etc.
• Regular service audits in Bosch Diesel Services and coordination with Technical Team of Bosch to facilitate basic requirements of Service Partners, like Annual Maintenance Contract handling, upgradation of Bosch Diesel Services' infrastructure, tie-up with manufactures like Tata, AL etc.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: B.tech in Automobile Engineering 
• Experience: minimum 2 years of close monitoring experience on workshops.
• Must have two-wheeler & valid driving licence 
• Identify new independent unit workshops(Diesel) and nurturing existing ones.
• Focus on important potential markets.
