Dispatch In charge - Factory Location

Job Description

• Coordinating with Corporate office & sales team for the daily Dispatch order placement
• Daily Dispatch planning as per the order received / pending order
• Vehicle planning as per the order received and entry in SAP system for the dispatch planned
• Making Delivery Orders, Stock Transport Order, VCTS, Excise for dispatch finish goods to various stockyards 
• Looking after truck entry, loading, weighment and invoicing
• Time management of Invoicing and Dispatch
• Responsible for reduce Invoicing Timing
• Material handling at different yards
• Should have knowledge of Excise duty, VCTS process, ERP system and others taxes.
• Plan, design and implemented all the SOP’s, MIS and stock report on daily basis 
• Negotiation with vendors and cost saving wherever applicable
• People management skills, leading a team member, workers in dispatch section for achieving the company’s dispatch target on a daily basis
