Job Description

The CFO will provide strategic financial leadership, partnering with the Division's leadership team to drive financial performance and growth. This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in financial management & handling teams for needed results.

  • Develop and execute financial strategies, budgeting, forecasting, and align with business objectives.
  • Implement internal financial controls, ensure compliance with regulations, and oversee audits.
  • Identify cost-saving initiatives, analyse financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.
  • Manage working capital, banking relationships, and optimize cash flow.
  • Oversee receivables recovery, enforce credit policies, and manage overdue accounts.
  • Monitor and optimize logistics costs, vehicle imports, and warehousing expenses.
  • Implement financial controls for inventory, monitor asset utilization, and ensure accurate valuation.
  • Ensure timely tax filings, manage tax planning, and stay updated on regulatory changes.
  • Oversee financial reporting, data analytics, and automation for efficiency.
  • Support expansion strategies and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Identify financial risks, develop contingency plans, and manage insurance coverage.
  • Implement ERP systems, drive automation, and integrate digital financial tools.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting; CA is preferred.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in financial management.
  • Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
  • Expertise in compliance, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Sound knowledge of supply chain finance, logistics, and asset management.
  • Proven leadership in managing finance, recovery, and MIS teams.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
