Job Description
The CFO will provide strategic financial leadership, partnering with the Division's leadership team to drive financial performance and growth. This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in financial management & handling teams for needed results.
- Develop and execute financial strategies, budgeting, forecasting, and align with business objectives.
- Implement internal financial controls, ensure compliance with regulations, and oversee audits.
- Identify cost-saving initiatives, analyse financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.
- Manage working capital, banking relationships, and optimize cash flow.
- Oversee receivables recovery, enforce credit policies, and manage overdue accounts.
- Monitor and optimize logistics costs, vehicle imports, and warehousing expenses.
- Implement financial controls for inventory, monitor asset utilization, and ensure accurate valuation.
- Ensure timely tax filings, manage tax planning, and stay updated on regulatory changes.
- Oversee financial reporting, data analytics, and automation for efficiency.
- Support expansion strategies and revenue growth opportunities.
- Identify financial risks, develop contingency plans, and manage insurance coverage.
- Implement ERP systems, drive automation, and integrate digital financial tools.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting; CA is preferred.
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in financial management.
- Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
- Expertise in compliance, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
- Sound knowledge of supply chain finance, logistics, and asset management.
- Proven leadership in managing finance, recovery, and MIS teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
