Finance and Account Manager

Job Description

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.
• Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and cost control measures.
• Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial performance and support strategic decision-making.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.

Job Requirements

•  MBA in Finance/Semi-CA?
•  Must have 5-7 years of experience in Finance in FMCG Industry?
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax laws.?
• Experience in managing excise duty, VAT, and other relevant taxes in the FMCG sector.?
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
