Job Description
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.
- Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and cost control measures.
- Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial performance and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
Job Requirements
- MBA in Finance/Semi-CA?
- Must have 5-7 years of experience in Finance in FMCG Industry?
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax laws.?
- Experience in managing excise duty, VAT, and other relevant taxes in the FMCG sector.?
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
