Basic Information
Job Description
-
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (dealers/distributors)
-
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners
-
Monitor and evaluate partner performance to ensure sales targets are met
-
Provide training, support, and product knowledge to channel partners
-
Implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth
-
Ensure timely communication of promotions, pricing, and updates to partners
-
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize channel strategy
Job Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in channel or B2B sales
-
Strong knowledge of flooring materials such as wood, vinyl, laminate, or parqueting
-
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
-
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple partners effectively
