Basic Information
Job Description
- Supervision of team, Junior sales staffs (dealers), Whole sellers, distributers and target achievement.
- Exploring new market and appointment of dealer / retailers/distributers in feasible area on time.
- Reporting (covering all data) to Immediate supervisor for analysis, suggestion, feedback and approval. Update development.
- Tracking and analysing sales data to find strengths and weaknesses
- Meet and exceed KPIs.
Job Requirements
- Managerial and leadership skills.
- Must have expereince as a Senior Officer for 5+ years.
- Bachelor/Master’s Degree
- Must be driven by sales Apps like DNMS/ Rosiya etc.
- Should be able to use Laptop and proficient in Microsoft Office Skills to produce Reports
- Capacity to work independently
- The candidate must have a two-wheeler license.
