Area Sales Manager

Job Description

• Supervision of team, Junior sales staffs (dealers), Whole sellers, distributers and target achievement.
• Exploring new market and appointment of dealer / retailers/distributers in feasible area on time.                                                
• Reporting (covering all data) to Immediate supervisor for analysis, suggestion, feedback and approval. Update development.         
• Tracking and analysing sales data to find strengths and weaknesses                                                                             
• Meet and exceed KPIs.
   

Job Requirements

• Managerial and leadership skills.
• Must have expereince as a Senior Officer for 5+ years.
• Bachelor/Master’s Degree 
• Must be driven by sales Apps like DNMS/ Rosiya etc.                  
• Should be able to use Laptop and proficient in Microsoft Office Skills to produce Reports                          
• Capacity to work independently                          
• The candidate must have a two-wheeler license.
