Workshop Technical Incharge

Job Description

• Perform diagnostics to identify vehicle issues and determine necessary repairs.
• Repair and service vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and guidelines.
• Inspect vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components, for potential issues.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle problems.
• Communicate with customers to explain repairs and maintenance procedures, as well as provide cost estimates.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology through ongoing training and professional development.
• Improve productivity and efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Proven 3 years of experience as an automotive technician.
• Diploma in Automobile engineering, CTEVT, or equivalent.  
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Recruitment Qualifications:

• Diploma in automobile engineering, CTEVT, or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an automotive technician, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
